Good day. My name is Jay Henneberry.

I have been writing short stories and poetry for some time now and have found that the written word has the power to reach deep within the soul.

Scribed in Sprit is a collection of my life, thoughts, and experiences in written form. I hope that you will find something that connects to you in some way, and it may even inspire you or help to guide you through whatever challenges have come your way.

I hope that you enjoy my writing and know that whatever dark times you may be facing, defeat never comes to those who choose to take another breath and live to die another day.
